The many faces of Logan
Logan is six months old and is starting to crawl. She growls when she is mad, and usually growls before she will cry. And now knows how to blow bubbles very well.

On my way home from work today I saw a Monk Seal at the Kahuku end of Hauula beach park. Of course I came home changed clothes, grabbed my camera and headed back to the beach. This is Casey, she is one of 16 monk seals that visits Oahu. She mostly likes the windward side. This past Monday she was by Hauula Fire Station. She moves fast on the beach too. She has a wound on her back that wasn't there Monday. She also has several shark scars on her. Sure hope another shark wasn't after her.

Had a great President Day! Needed to get out of the house for a few minutes so decided to go for a short ride, Melia and Peja wanted to come with me so I would take them to the beach, so I grabbed my camera and off we went. We drove down to Kahana Bay where I stopped to take a picture. Les has one in the office that I just love, so I decided to see if I could get one like it, but couldn't, of course not. Then we stopped by the Hauula Fire Station to get a picture of the Monk Seal on the beach there. Then it was off to the beach where the girls had fun.

I haven't posted any pictures for about 4 months now. In Aug 2010 a great granddaughter was born. Her name is Logan, and what a blessing she is. She is totally spoiled by all when she visits us.

This is Logan 6 months now.

This is a 5 generation picture. My mom lives on the Big Island and is 93 years old. Logan was 2 months in this picture and didn't sit up very well, but mom wanted to hold her. We all need to return to get another one.

Took this this morning as I was leaving to take grandkids to school. The sky was just a light pink so I ran back inside to get my camera and this is what I got when I got back outside.
